Description
The ALDAC19-ND features:
• Small footprint. Without the space of a human operator, the station can fit into many tight corners.
• Simple setup. Like a human operated live-station it can be setup or clear for washing in less than 5 minutes.
• Automated temperature control of all induction system for versatility of cooking. Can be easily reprogrammed for different recipes.
• The double-deck system consist of 4 induction system for 2 pots at the bottom for different soup and 2 pots on top for cooking noodles.
• Collaborative and safe with built-in sensors.
Body Design
The ALDAC19-ND body is built entirely with stainless steel material. Complete with wheels & handle bar the ALDAC19-ND
is highly mobile and convenient for fast deployment.
Automatic Tool Change
The ALDAC19-ND tool changing system uses magnetic coupling that do not require pneumatics or electric drive. All tools are
made of stainless steel for regular steam washing.
Double Deck System
The double deck system is our latest edition that is able to prepare 2 bowls of noodles at the same time.
